256 | Embodied Intuition: How to Tune Into Your Body, Deal with Stress & Build Self-Confidence

We have a very special episode with one of our AOB alumni, Emma Moscan, who is such a radiant, amazing human being. I'm so grateful that she was a part of the Academy of Breath this last round, and I'm so excited for you to hear more about Emma's experience inside of AOB that helped her strengthen her self-confidence, how breathwork allowed her to connect more deeply to her intuition, and how it has impacted her life and her business as a yoga teacher in Italy.

I had a very strong mindfulness practice before AOB but I didn't really know what to do with it, how to deal with my stress. Breathwork gave me simple tools to deal with stress, and to create some space to be on my own and feel what I'm feeling and without necessarily trying to figure out an immediate solution to it.
